TTD Tower is a large-scale Design & Build project located in Sunter, North Jakarta. Envisioned as a modern office tower combined with warehouse facilities, the project spans a generous land area of 2,700 m² (40m x 67.5m), with a total building area of approximately 7,500 m². This integrated development aims to support the operational needs of a growing enterprise by combining corporate, logistical, and functional spaces under one cohesive structure.
Currently in the design development phase, the project presents a unique challenge: balancing the vertical efficiency of an office tower with the spatial demands of a warehouse.
