As a Project Manager at ARKON, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction and design projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and communication throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Prepare and present project reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction or design sectors.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
