We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our construction team. This role plays a key part in cost planning, estimation, tender preparation, and budget control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets.
• Conduct cost analysis and develop unit price calculations for construction works.
• Monitor and control project costs, cash flow, and financial efficiency.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and conduct vendor/subcontractor negotiations.
• Track project progress and provide reports on budget deviations.
• Provide recommendations for cost optimization and budget control.
• Guide and support junior QS staff to maintain high work standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contractor company.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost analysis, BOQ, and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in QS and estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
