Afro Headquarter is a compact office development located in Green Lake, West Jakarta. With a land area of just 75 m² (5m x 15m) and a total building area of 150 m², this Design & Build project showcases how thoughtful planning and smart design can transform a small site into a highly functional and expressive workspace. Despite its limited footprint, the project successfully accommodates the essential needs of a growing creative team.
The two-story structure was designed to optimize vertical space and natural lighting, creating an efficient and comfortable environment for daily operations. The layout includes open work areas, a private meeting room, and collaborative zones — all tailored to support flexibility and productivity within a modern office setting.

The design concept for Afro Headquarter is grounded in minimalism with a creative twist. The architecture expresses the brand’s youthful and dynamic identity through clean lines, bold accents, and the use of raw yet refined materials. Light plays a key role in the interior experience, with skylights and glazed openings bringing warmth and a sense of openness to the narrow site. The result is a workspace that feels bigger than its size — vibrant, functional, and full of character.
