Murakawa’s House is a private residential interior project located in Meruya, West Jakarta. With a land area of 250 m² (10m x 25m), the focus of this Design & Build project was on transforming the interior of an existing house into a warm, refined, and highly personalized living space. Tailored to meet the lifestyle and preferences of its residents, the project combines functional planning with a strong emphasis on material quality and detail.
The layout was reimagined to enhance spatial flow and natural light, creating a series of calm, connected spaces for both private use and entertaining. Careful attention was paid to maximizing comfort, incorporating custom furniture, concealed storage, and lighting that adapts throughout the day — all while preserving a sense of harmony throughout the home.
