House of Midas is a private residential project located in the serene area of Kerobokan, Bali. With a land area of 237 m² (11m x 22m), this Design & Build project is crafted to reflect a modern tropical lifestyle while offering comfort, privacy, and a strong architectural character. Surrounded by a mix of traditional Balinese homes and new developments, the house aims to stand out with a refined yet grounded presence.
Currently under construction, the design emphasizes a fluid relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces — blending living areas with garden views, natural ventilation, and abundant daylight. Every aspect of the house is tailored to the client’s lifestyle, offering both quiet retreat and open social spaces within a balanced layout.
