Lor Payoh Chillax is a dine-in retail restaurant located in the bustling business district of Sudirman, Central Jakarta. With a land area of 90 m² (6m x 15m), the project focused on interior build work to transform the compact space into a welcoming and efficient dining environment. Positioned within a high-traffic commercial area, the design needed to balance speed of service with comfort, all while reflecting the brand’s Singaporean street food roots.
This interior build project emphasized spatial efficiency, integrating a kitchen, service counter, and seating area within a narrow footprint. Thoughtful circulation, durable materials, and custom-built furnishings were used to optimize the guest experience and operational flow.
